Taco Bell in Missouri

"I love this Taco Bell. The customer service here is great. I’ve never had any issues. Been patronizing this location since they opened. I have to update my review. I use to love this Taco Bell’s customer service. Now it depends on what time of the day you visit. I come now mainly in the mornings because I’m off to work before noon. I’ve came here a couple times at 9-9:30. One time 10. And they ate always closed. Well today I went hoping they are open. Because the time on the door and online always says 9am. Well a girl came on the intercom to tell me they were not open. I then asked her what time did they open. Do you know the girl never answered. So I will just stop coming cause I don’t know what time they open. Now if she took the time to tell me they were not open. She also coulda took the time to tell me when they do open. With that rudeness I won’t return. Will patronize somewhere else. That’s less rude. Very disappointed!"

"There's always good food and good service at this Taco bell. According to the OSHA website, businesses must offer warm or hot water in the bathrooms, this business offers only cold water. They literally have both the hot and cold connected to the same cold pipe. In addition, they have a electric hand dryer, which, according to the NCBI, electric hand dryers are known to be unsanitary. Needless to say, don't be surprised if you get food poisoning after eating at this location."

"The staff here have the patience of saints. So professional, even when the customers are not so patient. The food is always fresh and you can still dine inside."

"At 11:30 p.m- 12: a.m., They were on top of their game, the line moved fast, I ordered a soft taco looking for sour cream and tomatoes, but you must be specific. When ordering Taco Bell, I should have ordered a taco supreme to get tomatoes and sour cream. It wasn't expensive"

"This Taco Bell is always on point. We consistently get amazing service, correct orders and hot food. To be honest this Taco Bell is the sole reason I give other fast food a shot hoping for this level of service."

"My order was accurate, good customer service for being super busy. Since only the drive thru was open! There were about 10 cars ahead of me and I got through in less than 10 minutes! They had a good system going at that moment. Other times I've been through and it's been 45 minutes with 5 or 6 cars. Good job this time around!"
